"After missing last year RMDA convention due to family plans, I was determined to make it this year.   I found the whole experince to be refreshingly open and casual with lots of very good relavent sharing and idea take- aways.  That says something as Cafe Courier enters it's 18th year in business.  It was great to reconnect with my valued peers in the business, and make some new friends as well. 

Combining our conferance with the NRA conference was a great idea for both our personal and professional gain as well as opening up a venue to reach out to our restaurant partners.  Chicago is a great town to meet in and have some fun too. 

The RMDA is the only national organization representing our unique business model and should be embraced by all in the industry.  I challenge all others in the business to get involved with this organization in some way or another."
